She is pretty happy about Peeta not being dead. She runs out the room and goes in a closet. Gale comes in later and talks to her. She decides to be the symbol of the war. She decides to be the mockingjay. It still is boring. It is slow reading.

Katniss goes back to district twelve. She goes into her old house . She picks up a wedding picture, their cat, and her dad's hunting jacket. She sees a white rose that president snow left for her. She goes back to district 13. They have a meeting and see Peeta on TV. He is not tortured at all. It is still boring. The second book really stunk; I hope this one is different.

She returned to the destroyed district 12. She thought how district 12 was destroyed. She saw dead bodies in the streets. She thought how gale saved about 800 people when she shot the arrow through the force field and the power went off in district 12. They ran to district 13 and now are safe. Katnis has to be the symbol of the rebellion. Since it just started it is not good but I hope it will be a good book. I hope it does not take until the middle of the book to get good like the second book.

Rascal

Now Rascal lives in a tree. He has to watch him though because he will eat all of his bait. Rascal lived in a tree for a while but he eventually came to sleep in the boys bed. The raccoon is very curious and explores everything. The dog does not like him at first but he grows on him. I really Do not like this book. Maybe one day I will find a book that I like.

He is a boy named Sterling with a dog named Wowser. Sterling and his friend, Oscar, went for a walk in the woods. Wowser smelled something and started digging. A mama raccoon came out and climbed a tree. Sterling climbed up and cut her down. Oscar tried to catch her but she got away with three of her pups. But Oscar caught one of them. He brought the pup to Oscar's house and Oscar's dad was mad. Then his mom came and took care of the fox. Sterling named it Rascal. It is an OK book right now. It just started so i cannot say anything.

They have to make a new den. The farmers come back and see that the foxes moved. Vulpes and his mate train and build up their pups to be hunters. Vulpes tries to explain the dangers about men. He sees the dog that is his friend again. He hears the owl and weasel in the night and knows he has to watch out for them because of his pups.

Vulpes and his son see humans and vulpes knows he will have to teach is son about them. He trains the pup by using a mouse. he lookes at his family with pride. He is a proud husband and a father. The book is kind of boring. I prefer killing and wars. Its just not going anywhere right now.

Fulva was in a bad mood when she had the pups but now she is playing with Vupes and is happy. Vulpes sees his kids for the first time. They had nine in all. Now Vulpes has to do all the hunting. Two hunter/farmers saw the den. They want to go see if they can get a pup. They couldn't get to the pups. Now the foxes have to get a new home. Vulpes teaches one pup to hunt.

He crossed the lake to the island because the water was frozen. He fell asleep but woke up to a snap of a twig. he looked up and saw the most beautiful fox he had ever seen. Her name was Fulva. This was his mate. They hunted together. They left the island. Later she made a den to keep their babies in. Fulva had some babies.

- Its not really getting better. It's a sweet love story but not my kind of book.

Vulpes found one of the traps the fox hunters set out. He barley got away. It was so close the trap caught a little of his hair. He went to the mountains to find a mait. He saw a fox but he did not want her because she was to scared of the forest and was too flirty. He was going home and saw another fox but she had a mait. He snarled at the boy but they did not fight. He went away to his own home. Its not the best book in the world but its OK.

Vulpes catches some quail. Will Stacks sets some traps out for him. Buck Queen lets his dogs loose and they chased the fox. But he easily lost them. Now he just caught a rabbit. He does not know about the awaiting traps set for him. It is still boring. I rather read a book with killing and excitment.

It is almost winter. Vulpes sees all the animals prepare for it. He sees the hunter prepare his hunting dogs for fox season. His other brother got caught in a trap. The hunters killed him. He saw his dad and he realized he would never see him again. Now, he was alone. It is still pretty boring. I hope I can get a better book.
