Vulpes The Red Fox

Tuesday / 8-31-10 / Week 3/ Pages 16-35

Vulpes saw his first humans. He had to hide from them. An owl took away his brother. He tried to catch a rabbit and chipmunk but he failed. He saw some other humans. He saw them kill a bird with a gun. Now he had a fear of them and knew how they hunted. It is not interesting. I hope it gets better.

It is Monday, week 3.
  I am reading a book about a fox named Belpes. He is a red Fox with six siblings, He is different than all the other foxes because his coat is a different color. So far it is boring, but i only read a little bit. It might get better..... who knows.

Catching Fire

They are in the games now. They are on an island with salt water. Katniss and Peeta team up with Madge and Finnick. They got weapons and went into the jungle. Peeta dies because he runs into the foice field but Finnick gives him CPR and he lives. They got water from a tree with a spile (a gift Haymitch sent them). While they were sleeping the Capitol sends rain that turns into fog. The fog comes and gives them blisters and makes their nerves move uncontrollably. They run but Finnick cannot hold Peeta and Madge. So Madge runs into the fog and dies. They run away and finally the fog stops.

Catching Fire

It is Thursday and i am reading Catching Fire. It is now getting real good. Katniss and Peeta are getting ready for the games. Katniss was in her interview when she spinned around to show off the wedding dress. But when she did it burst into flames and the wedding dress disappeared. Underneath it was another dress that looked like a mockingjay. Now Cinna ( her clothe designer ) is in big trouble. He probably will get killed for it.
